Core values are the principles that shape and sustain our culture. In the Body of Christ, every member brings unique value and contributes to God’s purpose. In the same way, Transformed Nation carries a distinct value that it brings to society. It is therefore important that every citizen of this nation understands our core values and intentionally lives them out in every sphere of influence.

R Stands for REAL

Being Real means being set apart, but not isolated; different, but not separated; not of this world, yet fully present and impactful in it.

Jesus prayed concerning His followers:

“I do not ask that You take them out of the world, but that You keep them and protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.”

(John 17:15-16 AMP)

God desires that we represent Him on the earth just as Jesus did. We are called to demonstrate His nature, values, and Kingdom in our everyday lives.

What Does It Mean to Be REAL?

1. Understanding Our Kingdom Identity

Our reality is that we are set apart for God. We belong to His Kingdom and have been called to reflect His nature wherever we find ourselves.

2. Embracing a Kingdom Mindset

We are not conformed to the patterns and values of this world. Instead, our minds are continually renewed by God’s Word.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind...”(Romans 12 vs 1-2 AMP)

The Kingdom mindset chooses transformation over conformity.

3. Living Out Godly Character Daily

Being REAL is reflected in our conduct, speech, attitudes, and relationships. Our daily walk should demonstrate the character of Christ and the wisdom of God’s Kingdom.

“Understand this, my beloved brothers and sisters: let everyone be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.”

(James 1 vs 19 AMP)

4. Navigating Trials with Faith

As believers, we will face challenges and difficult seasons. However, our confidence remains in God’s promises, knowing that victory is always His final word concerning us.

Faith is not merely what we believe; it is how we respond in every situation.

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you...”(Isaiah 43 vs 2 AMP)

Notice that Scripture says when you pass through the waters, not if. Challenges may come, but God has promised His presence, His guidance, and His deliverance.

Being REAL means standing firm in faith, trusting God through every trial, and allowing our lives to be a testimony of His faithfulness.
